Friday’s has always been about the “Party in a Pan.” Made with Spanish ingredients Bomba rice, chorizo, saffron, wine and piquillo peppers accompanied with juicy chicken and sustainable shrimp all simmered together in our own flavorful bone broth.
Paella is sold in 1-pound increments. We suggest 1/2 – 3/4 pound per person. Our Paella is rich and delicious. The amount you will need is depending on how many other dishes you’re serving. You may also wish to order an entire pan for a fun and delicious gathering. Our pans serve 10 – 15. You pay for the pan as a deposit and when you return it at the next market you will get your money back, or keep it for the next time you’re having a party!
